Und die braucht einige Aufmerksamkeit. Denn die Hochstaplerin kommt nach mehreren Jahren Haft und einer Kautionszahlung über 10.000 frisch aus dem Gefängnis.
„For example, if I try to temper with it, it will say something and when it is charged, it is talking to me. Or also if the battery is empty, it talks to me. Sometimes it vibrates and I have to tap it a couple of times for ICE to know I am still alive.”
Und dass sie sich immer noch in ihrer Wohnung befindet. Denn Anna Sorokin steht nach ihrer Entlassung unter Hausarrest. Freunde müssen zu ihr kommen, wenn sie sie sehen wollen. Trotzdem freut sich die 31-Jährige über die Situation.
„I mean, I am for now just happy to be out. I am sure, this will be restrictive after a bit, but for now I am just happy I am out.”
Und wenn das eben damit einhergeht, dass sie ein paar Mal am Tag auf ihre Fußfessel tippen muss, ist das für Anna mehr als okay.
